Fascial BodyWork with Jeannine
Jeannine Welton
Jeannine is a Certified Fascial Maneuvers Coach with Human Garage, Spinal Energetics Practitioner with Dr. Sarah Jane, and Energy Healing Practitioner with a lifelong passion for holistic health, healing, and personal transformation.
Through her work, Jeannine helps people reconnect with their bodies, release tension, restore balance, and tap into their own innate capacity for healing and well-being. She offers both online and in-person classes, creating supportive spaces for people to explore movement, energy, and deeper mind-body connection.
Jeannine also hosts retreats, workshops, and immersive wellness experiences around the world. Jeannine hosts an annual retreat in Ontario called Ignite Within Event. Most recently, she co-facilitated a five-day Fascial Maneuvers immersion at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, New York.
Her journey began when chronic pain after an accident led her to explore natural ways to heal her body and reclaim her well-being.
Her relentless curiosity and desire to understand the body on all levels eventually led her to discover Fascial Bodywork a practice that became the missing piece in her own healing journey.
Jeannine believes fascial bodywork supports emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply compassionate, creating a safe space for clients to release, realign, and reconnect with themselves.
Whether in private sessions or group classes, she guides people to feel lighter and more empowered, leaving them with practical tools to support their own healing.
Jeannine continues to be a lifelong student of the body, always learning and evolving, while helping others awaken their natural ability to heal from within.
